What is portlink?
Portlink is a 30 hectare industrial development which is successfully attracting a diverse range of businesses that require new custom-built premises that serve their needs.
The evolving industrial market in New Zealand has seen significant demand for large format, high-stud warehousing with good access, egress and on-site manoeuvrability. Portlink is able to accommodate this, with the ability to cater for occupiers requiring buildings over 10,000 square metres.
As part of the overall Portlink development walkways are being designed to enhance the amenity value of the area and provide opportunities for work/life balance. These dedicated recreation paths will extend around the river.
Portlink is being developed by Arcus Developments Ltd. Arcus is a specialist property development company, led by CEO Matt Currie.
Arcus Property Ltd’s previous and current projects include industrial, commercial and retail developments, as well as joint venture rezoning and subdivision projects.
Arcus is a subsidiary of successful Australasian construction and project management company Arrow International. With 10 branches, Arrow International has a 30-year history of competently planning, managing and building thousands of capital projects across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
The Arrow International Group was originally founded in 1984 by Ron Anderson and Bob Foster.
